Job Title: AssemblerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling various attachments and products, following detailed instructions, and utilizing hand and power tools. You will also be required to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.ResponsibilitiesAssemble various attachments and productsFollow detailed instructionsUtilize hand and power toolsVisually inspect parts prior to assemblySet up and prepare jobs for assemblyCheck part availability on computer and obtain parts from inventoryUse assembly tooling such as presses, drill machines, testing fixtures, and assembly fixturesApply Loctite, grease, epoxy, etc., as specified per assigned work instructionsAssemble products according to special handling instructions as requiredThoroughly clean and prepare product surfaces for labeling using acetoneApply proper labelingMaintain and clean work area, including removing trash, wiping down table tops, and cleaning floorsRework failed products as necessaryEssential SkillsExperience with hand and power toolsAttention to detailAbility to lift 50+ lbsExperience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with mechanical assembly and productionAdditional Skills & QualificationsBlueprint readingWhy Work Here?Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K, profit sharing, and paid vacation from the time of hire. The facility is clean and well-organized but not temperature controlled, so it can get warm in the summer and cold in the winter. Employees are allowed to wear knee-length shorts.
