Core Responsibilities of the Assembly Technician: · Read and understand engineering drawings to Assemble and Wire components. · Set up and Assemble controllers in a timely manner, ship on-time. · Produce high quality products. · Check all Assembled parts to the dimensions specified on the engineering drawing and conform to all certification requirements. · Maintain a safe work environment. · Participate in continuous improvement activities. · Work to verbal and written instructions. · Support an environment of growth and enthusiasm with other associates. Qualifications: · 5 years' experience · Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings · Knowledge of electrical wiring schematics · Ability to work independently. · Good math skills · Know and understand “Quality at the Source” · Understand and practice safe working methods · Assembly experience · Be willing to work to ISO / QS 9000 standards and have a commitment to continuous improvement Education Requirements: · High School Graduate or G E D Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
