AssemblerGeorgetown Full TimeAbout The RoleThe Assembler performsvarious system and component assembly activities according to Standard Operating Procedures andinstructions.What Youll DoResponsible for performing various system/component assembly according to procedure and instructionsAssemble parts or units, and position, align, and fasten units to assemblies, subassemblies, or frames, using hand tools and power toolsConnect cables, tubes, and wiring, according to specificationsPosition, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assemblyRead blueprints and specifications to determine component parts and assembly sequences of electromechanical unitsInspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirementsAttachidentifying information on system partsPerform precise system parts assembly according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)Ability to help train new contract workers in assembly processesMaintain a safe, clean and organized work areaWhat you BringHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)2-4+ years manufacturing assembly experiencePrevious computer hardware structure knowledge and hands on experience a plusDemonstrate ability to work in a self-directed, high energy, fast paced environmentManual dexterity for using light power and hand tools#LI-DNIAbout ZT SystemsAt ZT Systems, youll get to do work you are proud of alongside smart, passionate people.
