Position: Electronic Assembler (PCB Assembler)

Location : Holly, MI

Pay : $16/hour

Shifts Available:

• Second shift: 3 PM – 11 PM

• Third shift: 11 PM – 7 AM

• Occasional overtime available

Job Description:

MARA Technologies is hiring electronic assemblers to work in a clean, quiet, and climate-controlled environment assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs). This is a relaxed workspace where all material movement is handled by pallet jacks – no forklifts or heavy lifting required. Maximum lifting weight is 25 pounds. The job involves working with small, intricate parts, so good hand-eye coordination and dexterity are essential.

Requirements:

• Previous assembly experience is required. If you have no experience, please do not apply.

• Strong job tenure is important. Applicants with recent job history showing multiple short-term roles (less than a year per job) will not be considered.

• Must be comfortable working second or third shifts as shift preferences cannot be accommodated during the interview process.

Additional Information:

• This is a three-month contract-to-hire position. After completing the probation period, you will transition to full-time employment with MARA Technologies at the same pay rate.

• Applicants must pass a background check and drug test.

• An initial phone interview will be conducted by David (calling from a 202 area code) , followed by an in-person interview with MARA Technologies' HR Manager.

Interview Dress Code:

Business casual attire is required for the in-person interview (tucked-in shirt, clean jeans or khakis – no holes).
