We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to perform a variety of routine and complex assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will be adept at adjusting, aligning, and conducting tests using various testing fixtures and electronic devices, ensuring the integrity and functionality of our client's assemblies.

salary: $18 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 5 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

+ Execute a range of electro-mechanical assembly tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing components and systems.

+ Perform adjustments, alignments, and go-no go tests to validate assembly designs and setups.

+ Utilize advanced skills in wiring, assembling, testing, and calibrating moderately complex equipment and subassemblies.

+ Specialize in electrical interconnect, mechanical, pneumatic, fluid flow, or vacuum technologies.

+ Independently set up, align, and adjust equipment, adhering to precise tolerances and specifications.

+ Disassemble, modify, rework, refurbish, and reassemble units as necessary, following schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering specifications.

+ Maintain a clean, secure, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and promptly reporting any hazards or incidents.

The essential functions of this role include:

+ working in a smoke free environment

+ wearing steel toe shoes

+ working in a non-temperature controlled environment

+ standing for 10 hours at one time

+ working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

+ working weekends
