Join Our Team as a Technical Hardware Repair Associate!

Are you passionate about troubleshooting, repairing, and ensuring the optimal performance of cutting-edge medical devices? If you have a knack for technical problem-solving and hands-on repair work, we have an exciting opportunity for you. As a Technical Hardware Repair Associate, you'll play a key role in maintaining the high-quality standards of ResMed products, while helping to improve the lives of patients who depend on these devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and Repair: Perform hardware and software diagnostics, testing, and repairs on CPAP and APAP devices, using service manuals, service software, and advanced testing equipment like flow meters, manometers, and oscilloscopes.

  • Document Findings: Accurately document all technical issues, customer-reported problems, and recommended solutions in the complaint tracking database, ensuring a clear and thorough record of the repair process.

  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to company policies for complaint handling, service entitlement verification, and escalation processes, ensuring all repairs meet strict standards.

  • Stay Current: Continuously update your knowledge base to stay informed about the latest technical specifications and product updates for ResMed devices.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: 1-2 years of technical education, certification, or equivalent work experience in a hands-on service or technical role.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO and FDA standards, and proficiency in using test equipment like digital voltmeters and oscilloscopes. Experience with electrical static devices (ESD) is a plus.

  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, safety instructions, and operating procedures. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
