THE ROLE: We are currently seeking a motivated individual as an Assembler II. This position performs a wide range of skilled repetitive assembly operations to produce quality products in a timely manner; performs operations from work instructions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assemble, test, and inspect multiple product types from start to finish.
- Work closely with the operations support team. (Planning, Shop Leads, Machining, Engineering, Quality, and procurement)
- Responsible for maintaining quality expectations and hitting daily production goals.
- Prepare orders for shipping with proper documentation.
- Complete all related paperwork - work orders, inspection documents, and tracking sheets as required.
- Ability to use SAP is preferred.
- Assist with lean activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
- Flex to other areas as the production schedule dictates.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Over three years of related experience or equivalent.
- Ability to identify colors.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and assembly drawings.
- Familiarity with various mechanical and electrical measuring equipment.

- Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
