This full-time position offers a consistent weekday schedule and a supportive work environment. Employees enjoy two paid 15-minute breaks and an unpaid 30-minute lunch break each day.Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, fabricate, and fit a variety of complex units to precise tolerances.
- Perform specific assemblies such as wood enclosures, aluminum windows, and HVAC vents.
- Pack materials for shipment and unpack inventory for restocking.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment.
- Ability to read a tape measure and interpret technical drawings.
- Physical capability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
