What will you do?Start each job with a verified first piece of product that meets quality standards, follows in-process inspection procedures, checks quality of work visually, and verifies inspections are completing recordsPerforms assembly operations in a safe manner based on prescribed safety methods as instructed by supervisor and/or leaderAssembles sub-assembly and final assembly based on standardized manufacturing routings in an efficient manner in compliance with cycle times and production.Work EnvironmentUnion FacilityWork required overtimeLift tables in areasSome work areas are confined due to position of equipment and stock to limit movement of objects great distancesMechanical hazards exist in use of power tools, equipment and stock to limit movement of objects great distancesWear required personal protective equipment including: eye protection required, hearing protection required, safety shoes required, gloves when required due to sharp objects and hot glue.Remarks:Notifies supervisors or leader of faulty operation of tools and equipmentAdheres to factory regulations and safety rulesEmployees may handle non-hazardous plant waste in a manner which will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulationsRotation of assembly operators likely as instructed by supervisorPrompt and regular attendance requiredOperators may be required to restart automatic equipment as necessaryWhat qualifications will make you successful?High School Diploma/GED requiredMust be able to work daily and/or weekly overtimeMust be flexibleAn applicant could be hired to work a certain shift, then get bumped and number of times to another shiftEnglish language proficiency (reading, writing, oral) is requiredWhat's in it for me?Competitive payBenefits and Vacation Time available day 1Who will you report to?Manufacturing SupervisorLet us learn about you!
