We are seeking Assemblers who enjoy hands-on work. This Entry-Level position would be evaluated during a 90-day training period. The ideal candidate is career-oriented and goal-driven, with a desire to build and learn our products.
Expected Pay: $22+
Experience Required: Entry Level
Shift: 1st
Schedule: M-F, every other Saturday
Key Duties:
* Assemble penthouse units according to detailed specifications and instructions.
* Rigging equipment
* Read and interpret tape measures accurately.
* Safely operating a fork truck
* Use hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal components.
* Grinding, sanding, or brazing
* Painting
* Pipe insulation
* Maintaining good housekeeping & safety regulations on the shop floor
* Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Knowledge of basic measurements & how to read a tape measure
* Construction/manufacturing experience preferred
* Able to pass a motor vehicle check
* Regular attendance and punctuality at assigned times is required
* Good mechanical ability, reasoning and problem solving skills
* Strong work ethic
* Must be willing to work some Saturday shifts and be open to overtime
* This position is a safety sensitive position and will require pre-employment and regular drug testing
