The company manufactures and markets a full line of DC/DC converters and AC/DC power supplies with an emphasis on modified standard and customized power solutions to a worldwide market. We are currently looking for an Assembler to join our team.Responsibilities:Performs assembly through components inserted in printed circuit board assemblies and sub-assemblies and various light mechanical hardwareWorks with small tools, engineering documents and visual aidsIdentifies non-reworkable issues to the supervisor and routing of non-conforming material to the supervisorPreformCut parts to proper length as requiredBend parts to proper angles as requiredBond cores to boards as requiredPlace cores onto magnetic as requiredP-LinePlace all thru hole parts onto PC Boards using proper paperwork and toolingPre-PotPlace tested units into cases and apply proper covers and insulators per drawingsGlue parts to boards as requiredSpray conformal coating on units as requiredEncapsulationApply encapsulation material to units as requiredMaintain and clean machinery in the encapsulation roomClean units after encapsulation has set for prescribed period of timeLabel units after cleaningQualifications:Education: High SchoolExperience: 1 year prior assembly experienceNo certifications requiredSkills: Ability to work with engineering documents Ability to Cross Train in all areas of Assembly
