Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities.Essential Functions:Ability to read, understand and identify blueprints and materials needed for each jobUnderstand and follow work instructions as applicableTrim pleat packs (if required)Set up and operate glue dispensers as requiredSeam pleat packs using one-part epoxyOperate ovensProvide support in other areas when requiredOperate pleat compactor machine to compact pleat packs (if necessary)Comply with standard work practices and SOPsMeet quality expectations, inspect work for conformance, initial and date Shop TagsSegregate nonconforming or suspected nonconforming material real time and notify supervisorKeep area organized and cleanComplies with all EHS and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and proceduresAbility to use a PC; blueprints; pleater machines; pleat compactor machine; ovens; basic hand toolsWhile this list is representative of essential job duties, it is not an all-inclusive list of duties required to perform this role.
