Job DescriptionABOUT THE JOBAssist in the assembly of basic folding walls, working to gain a further understanding of the Company's products and operations.YOUR ROLE:* Assemble custom folding glass walls, windows, and doors, in alignment with the production schedule* Manufacture high quality panels in a safe manner, which meets or exceeds specific efficiency goals* Visually check parts and/or glass for scratches, dings, and dents prior to assembly* Proactively communicate when your jobs are ahead or behind schedule* Provide feedback, as needed, to help the team standardize details and assembly drawings* Follow all necessary procedures for glass handling, including proper operation of the overhead crane when needed* Handle and lift all material carefully to minimize scratches to material surrounding job carts* Notify the Lead team member/Supervisor of any issues encountered (missing subcomponents, damaged material, etc.)* Provide suggestions for continuous improvement within the department
