  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions accurately.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.

Job Requirements: Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role.
  • Familiarity with assembly processes and tools, including hand tools and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation, including diagrams and blueprints.
