Job Description:
What you'll do:
  • Ensure all team members are working safely.
  • Maintain build schedule and output per site plan.
  • Work closely with construction team on needs.
  • Train new hires to standards and processes.
  • Practice 5s standards within assigned areas.
  • Communicate with sites for delivery updates and requests.
What you'll bring:
  • Safety first mentality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team environment.
  • Use of judgement to plan, perform, and make decisions as to the sequence of shipments, operations, and processes within the limitations of recognized or standard methods and procedures.
Within 3 months, you'll:
  • Complete initial training.
  • Attend customer meetings and provide updates and details
  • Have the ability to operate independently on the day to day operations for outbound material
