Verifies facility is prepared for service as required. Monitors safety aspects relating to facility, equipment, and personnel; taking corrective educational actions as required. Responsible for ordering and maintaining facility supplies and storage areas. Ensures the highest level of customer service is consistently provided. Results Driven.Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position is responsible for the supervision and oversight of employees in the operational facility and may be responsible for the performance management, and discipline of the employees within the operational facility.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in an operational setting. The employee is exposed to a variety of extreme conditions such as extreme heat and / or cold, exposure to moving mechanical parts and vibration, and the noise level in the work environment can be loud.Physical DemandsThe employee is occasionally required to sit, and employee is required to talk and hear, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, sit, climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, forty hours per work, occasional evening and weekend work may be required. TravelTravel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected for conferences.Required Education and Experience High school graduate or GED required.Preferred Education and Experience Associate degree in Business Management. Basic knowledge of various equipment used in accordance with the contracts PWS / SOW. Supervisory experience preferred.Licenses/Work Authorization/Security Clearance Valid Driver's License with certificate of insurability (corporate auto policy). Drug Screen. WSC background check.
