Assembler Level 1 (Day Shift)
As an Assembler Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ourmanufacturing process. You will be responsible for assembling components andsubassemblies to create finished products. This position offers an opportunityto gain valuable experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.In this role, you will impact our production efficiency andproduct quality by ensuring accurate assembly and adherence to standardoperating procedures. You will work as part of a team to meet productiontargets and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.Hours: 7am – 7pmShift: 2-2-3 schedule Example: 2 days on: You will be scheduled to work for two consecutive days. 2 days off: After your two workdays, you will have two consecutive days off. 3 days on: Following your initial two days off, you will then work for threeconsecutive days. 2 days off: Finally, you will have two more consecutive days off before thecycle repeats.KEYRESPONSIBILITIES • Assemble components and subassembliesaccording to blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards. • Inspect finished products for defectsand ensure they meet quality specifications. • Maintain a clean and organized workarea. • Follow all safety guidelines andprotocols. • Collaborate with team members to meetproduction targets and resolve any issues that may arise.BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL In addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developingsolutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywellemployees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. YOU MUST HAVE • 6+ Months experience inmanufacturing.WE VALUE• Basic understanding of assembly processes. • Ability to read and interpretblueprints and work instructions. • Strong attention to detail and manualdexterity. • Previous experience in amanufacturing or assembly role. • Ability to lift up to 35lbs • Ability to work in a physicallydemanding environment. • Basic knowledge of quality controlprinciples. • Good communication skills and abilityto work effectively in a team. • Willingness to learn and adapt to newprocesses and technologies.ABOUT HONEYWELL Honeywell International Inc.
