Assembler - Level 2

Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area, to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of products in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.Pay: $18 - $20/hourSchedule: Monday - Friday from 7am to 3:30pmKey Responsibilities

• Operate assigned equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Support the Honeywell Operating System
• Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness
• Comply with all safety rules.
• Record and report production data.
• Analyze data and production reports
• Set up and change over equipment

You Must Have• Must have eyesight correctable to 20 – 20 vision and not color-blind• Must be able to use and inspect product under a microscope. • Use of hand tools such as tweezers, Swiss oiler, wire cutters, allen wrench. X-acto knife, needle-nose pliers, etc.• Able to speak, read and write in EnglishWe Value• Well-defined fine hand/eye coordination• Attention to detail• Fine hand dexterity required• Ability to follow step-by-step procedures (written in English) • Use of measuring and inspection tools such as calipers, resistance meter, and other electrical equipment is desirable • Previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly such as wiring and soldering and knowledge of electronics and/or electronic testing is desirable • Good hand eye coordination • Extensive concentration level and attention to detail • Ability to work with very fine wire (threadlike) and small precision parts.   • Experience working in a team environment • Basic computer skills – able to navigate • Capable of reading digital read out on a meter • Willingness to learn multiple manufacturing processes and flex where volume dictates • Ability to partner with other and work independently • Ability to convey information clearlyAdditional Information
