Peak Workforce Solutions (NEWBOLD SERVICES) is currently hiring for Assemblers in Manning, SC-Pay rate is $15.50/hour.1st shift is Monday thru Friday 7:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m.2nd Shift Monday thru Friday 5:00 p.m. till 1:30 a.m.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Operate production line machinery and computersTroubleshoot production line machineryPerform change-oversResponsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary to produce within specifications. Reject product outside of specification.Operate within standard operating procedures.Perform basic preventative maintenance on production line machinery.Communication with Operators and SupervisorsClean and maintain work area.Turn off and lock out equipment when not in useAccurately complete process documentsComplete daily production reports as necessary.Perform back-up for others as requiredProvide on-the-job training to new employeesOrder raw materials and suppliesAble to read a tape measurePromote teamwork and build a culture of continuous improvementOther duties as assignedSKILLS AND ABILITIES:Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computersAbility to lift up to 50 pounds required.Able to work overtime as needed.Able to perform all duties and responsibilities listed safely and wear required Personal Protective Equipment.Able to report to every work day, on time and for the entire shiftMust have positive attitude and strong work ethics,
