- Good Demeanor and Attendance.
- Carpentry Experience
- Hand, Power, or Measuring tools experience
- Willingness to Learn. (On Job Training/Forklift Certification Provided)
- General Labor/Manufacturing Experience

Act 33/34 Clearances are required.Must work at the percentage of established norms. Within two weeks of hire must be working at 50% of the established norm.
