And we have only just gotten started -- our ambition is to become the market leader of the $100+ BN connectivity industry.If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, like problem-solving, and thrive under a culture of innovation, we would love to hear from you!Essential PurposeResponsible for assembling products to specifications in a timely manner to meet customer demands.Perform assembly tasks as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.What You Will DoResponsible for putting together parts and components to create new products while adhering to BOM.Responsible for verifying the correct quantities of component part and quality checking completed items.Understanding basic ERP, computer, and scheduling requirements.Follows technical instructions, reads, and interprets BOM.Test finished products for defects.Handle products in a manner where there is no damage or mishandling.Quality spot checks with proper documentation.Ensuring that all required tasks of the production lead/supervisor are completed safely and efficiently through meeting the company quality standards.Maintaining a neat and well-maintained work area free of trash debris, plastic, cardboard, etc.Performs additional duties as required.Responsibilities may vary depending on assigned station.
