THE WORK
The incumbent will identify the daily PCB-loading list.
* Check the component received from component preparation section and insert them correctly as per the instructions.
* Ensure the leads performed are correct fit.
* Check the placement and that inserted components are straight.
* Bend the component leads extending through the holes and use adhesive to glue the
* components to PCB after insertion as per standard operating procedure
* Mount the components firmly on the board using hand tools as per circuit diagram.
* Hand over the assembled boards to wave solder machine operator.
* Set up tools and parts to operate the machine.
* Place insertion chutes in location determined by program for the most effective and shortest path.
* Ensure the polarity marking and the loading direction to program the machine as specified on the job sheet.
* Control the component insertion sequence and leads formation in order to match dimensions of holes with component.
* Load fixtures for the PCBs to be assembled and move to exact location for start of operation.
* Ensure that all PCBs in the lot are assembled and follow ESD and contamination prevention standards.

WHO YOU ARE
You possess manufacturing knowledge, are adept at using hand tools, can proficiently read technical drawings to ensure an accurate and efficient assembly processes.

* One year of experience on CS400 machine
* One year of experience on Axel and DIP machine
* One year of experience prepping components
* One year experience using AOI equipment

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
