Assembler Sr-Seats - 295592 **Description**
Assemble component parts into completed units within blueprint specification and design tolerances.
Maintain acceptable performance standards for assembly, production, quality, safety, and housekeeping.
Inspect parts or completed units by using visual inspection, gages, tape measures, check fixtures, calipers, or other equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation by taking pride in having a clean work environment.
Assist the Sr Team Lead with day-to-day tasks and use communication skills to train new employees on stations.
Perform repairs to assure quality control and customer satisfaction.
Read and understand Bill of Materials and maintain an even work flow on lines.
Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
Education: High school diploma or GED required
Years of Experience: 2 or more years of assembly experience required
Ability to communicate well with supervisors and employees
