The Manufacturing Assembler / Technician role will assemble or create sub-assemblies of electronic components and final products. The ideal candidate is experienced, has excellent communication skills, energetic, and reliable. Understand the importance of working in a team environment but can also work independently with little supervision. Must have a sense of urgency in completing tasks.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Position requires use of hand tools to perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.Responsible and accountable for producing quality work to prescribed standards, with a focus on continuous improvement to meet customer commitments on schedule and within budget.Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing, and fitting on assembly units.Performs any combination of following tasks to assemble electronic components or sub-assembliesPerforms highly complex electrical assemblies, reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal/written instructions with minimal supervision.Positions and aligns parts in specified relationship to each other in jig, fixture, or other holding device.
