Responsibilities Include:
- Assemble equipment and tools according to drawings and work orders, performing testing when required.
- Ensure all parts and components are clean prior to assembly and complete assemblies properly, following all assembly procedures.
- Operate precision measuring tools and troubleshoot assembly issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and comply with all Flowserve policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and communicate clearly with peers and supervisors.
- Basic computer aptitude and willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Workshop experience and knowledge of automation control and electrical components.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or GED.
