Job Type Full-time Description Position Summary It is the responsibility of the Assembler/Trimmer, Rotomold Products to pull required material to assemble all types of tanks, according to the Schroeder Bill of Materials. Utilizes various tools and equipment to assemble these products to manufacturing specifications. - Tests all tanks coming from molding operation.
- Trims all tanks after molding operation.
- Assembles all required products and inspects material for compliance to manufacturing specifications using the work instructions, work orders, sketches, engineering drawings and instructions.
- Uses various hand-tools, power-tools (screwdriver and electric drill), torch, taps, and glues for assembling and handling tanks and components.
- Inspects final assembly and/or product to ensure quality meets all specifications.
- Works in other assembly support functions including but not limited to washing, testing, rotomold, and repairing.
- Utilizes company-wide computer system to check on stock, access engineering drawings, check on work order status and other job-related manufacturing transactions as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required or work-equivalent job experience.
- Experience in assembly work is preferred.
- Experience in fluid power industry and/or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Operate an overhead crane
Certificates and Licenses
- Willingness to obtain Forklift Certification to drive a forklift is required.
Other Requirements
- Works overtime as required.
