1st Shift: 5:00am - 1:30pm Monday - Friday
Pay: $19/hr
Summary:
This employee performs mechanical work building machinery using various hand and power tools (wrenches, hammers, impact tools, etc.). This includes working with mechanical, hydraulic, fuel, and electrical systems on machinery.
Position Responsibilities:
Fit, position, and fasten components to build machinery or sub-assemblies of machinery using vises, clamps, wrenches, air-powered tools, pliers, etc.
Conduct quality control checks: inspect, operate, and test completed products to verify functioning, machine capabilities, or conformance to specifications
Rework, repair, or replace damaged parts or assemblies
Minimum Qualifications:
Positive work history with demonstrated dependability and good attendance
Have appropriate basic mechanical skills and aptitude, including using mechanic's tools such as wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, etc.
Professional mechanical assembly or repair experience would be a plus
Maintain high safety standards while working in a fast-paced environment
