**Description**

Essential Role and Responsibilities

* Read and interpret complex wiring diagrams, color codes, prints and wire list.

* Build harnesses of high complexity.

* Utilizing a high degree of proficiency, wire and solder various components within circuits and chassis.

* Perform mechanical assembly of high complexity chassis and final assemblies.

* Occasionally employ basic knowledge of electrical theory and its application to basic wiring and testing using voltage and ohmmeters.

* May be required to perform continuity checks and rework.

* Ability to work to IPC Manufacturing Standards.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

* High School or technical trade school graduate preferred, or training in military service.

* Minimum of five (5) years recent wiring experience.

* IPC Certification preferred.

Language Skills

* Must be fluent in written English. Good interpersonal skills required to interface with various inter departmental personnel.

Other Skills and Abilities

* Must be knowledgeable and able to utilize all assembly tools such as soldering irons, pliers, cutters, etc.
