15 Assemblers needed for 2nd Shift: 2 pm to 10pm Monday through FridayJob Summary: We are looking for Assemblers that will fabricate and assemble parts, pieces, and products in a sequential process using an array of tools and equipment. Key Job Responsibilities:
- Review drawings and instructions before each project
- Assemble each product according to specifications
- Conduct quality assurance checks
- Confirm assembled products meet quality standards
- Identify, record, and report any product defects
- Complete required quality and production forms
- Monitor and maintain necessary inventory
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all quality and safety standards and procedures
- May require occasional evening and weekend hours
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to follow direction
- Must be able to work well with others
- Must be punctual and reliable
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to work effectively across multiple organizations
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, smaller company environment
- 6+ months assembly experience
Physical Demands:
- Warehouse environment with temperature changes
- Constant noise from machines, ear plug provided and required
- Standing in one place for full shift with breaks. Steel toes required
- Repetitive hand motions, assembling parts, full shift with breaks
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Must pass a drug screen.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must pass a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE)
Safety:
- If your role requires the wearing of steel-toed boots, the company will reimburse employees $50 per pair every two years.
