Description To assemble fabricated materials, parts, electrical, hydraulic, sub-assemblies and final assemblies into a high quality product, ready for shipment or additional assembly, which is compliant with print specifications and satisfies or exceeds the customer's expectations. Responsible for putting out a high quality product using skills and knowledge. Requirements

- Attendance is considered an important factor. At all times the individual will be required to adhere to Landoll Corporation's attendance policies.
- High quality work and prevention of quality problems must be demonstrated at all times.
- Good housekeeping. Keep area clear of trash, dirt, banding, pallets, etc. Keep tools orderly.
- Assemble sub-assemblies and final assemblies into a high quality product.
- Recognize and identify a wide variety of component parts and relate their use to Landoll's end products
- Test some component operation during and after assembly, such as wiring.
- Responsible for filling out Continual Improvement Request (CIR) Form when applicable.
- Complete work order, quality check, pick list and other paperwork accurately.
- Be willing to work in various departments or areas as assigned, even outside of the home department.
- Responsible for completing their job by the work order due date.
- Identify, mark or tag parts with appropriate part number.
- Read and understand print specifications, work instructions, etc.
- Quality Check parts to assure they are made to print specifications.
- Willingly assist and direct others to complete a project on time and to work in a team environment.
