Responsibilities:

  • Assembling various electrical panel components in accordance with work orders and blueprints.
  • Conducting regular inspections of assembled products to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Ensuring the correct installation of components and electronic parts.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Identifying potential issues and troubleshooting assembly problems.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and suggesting ways to enhance assembly processes.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all assembly activities.
  • Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in assembly, preferably within a panel assembly shop.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints and work orders.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical and electronic components.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspect assembled products for both functionality and quality.
  • Proven expertise in installing components and electronic parts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A strong commitment to adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent. A relevant certification or degree is a plus.
