- Assemble components to include gluing, weaving, packaging, coiling,
- Handle and evaluate quality of small parts during manufacturing processes
- Troubleshoot simple equipment malfunctions
- Promote and support a safe working environment
- Inform team lead/supervisor of any problems pertaining to production, parts, equipment, or processes
- Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
- Supports and promotes LEAN operations by following standard work to include Safety Observations, Idea Generation and Hour by Hour Board updates

- Standing/Walking expectation up to 70% - 100% daily
Education Degree
- High School Diploma or GED - Mandatory
Preferred Experience
- Creative Arts/Crafty Capabilities (arts, weaving, musical instruments, nail painting) background helpful
- Excellent manual hand dexterity
