Job Description:
Education and skills:
- Must have a bachelor's degree with a Major in an Engineering field preferred.
- Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience. Related degrees and relevant experience will be considered
Experience:
- Must have at least 5 years of prior work experience in a tooling field, preferably designing tooling
- Must have CATIA V5 - V6, 3DX experience

Skills You Bring To this Role:
- Knowledge and experience in manufacturing fields; components and assemblies
- Bell systems, processes and analytical tools related to tool design
- Experience in designing tooling for composites manufacturing, structural assembly, and final assembly of aircraft
- Ability to prioritize work, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a team player mindset in a fast-paced organization
- Excellent communicator must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal and external suppliers, and brief leaders/customer
