Our unique work schedule sets us apart - we operate Monday through Thursday, with four 10-hour workdays and no weekends! This schedule allows our team members to enjoy an extended weekend, fostering a healthier work-life balance. What is an Assembler? An Assembler will put together components or parts to create finished products or subassemblies. They follow detailed instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to perform tasks such as fitting, aligning, and fastening parts using tools or machinery. Assemblers ensure that each product meets quality standards and may also inspect components for defects, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform basic maintenance on equipment. Their role is essential in ensuring that products are assembled accurately, efficiently, and ready for further production or shipment. In this role, you will: Complete the assembly process, using a variety of machines and tools Perform visual inspection of parts and complete quality check sheets as required Problem solve any discrepancies Review work orders and blueprints to ensure work is performed according to specifications. Perform a variety of duties including, but not limited to assembly To succeed in this role, you must: Problem-solve issues as required; ask for assistance when needed. Follow all required safety regulations Maintain a clean and safe 5S work environment. Have the ability to perform physical labor including lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 lbs. Have effective communication skills: fluent English reading, writing, speaking Knowledge of basic use of handheld power tools Located in Hartford, Wisconsin, our modern sheet metal fabrication facility is designed for rapid production at low cost.
