Adecco is looking for experienced assemblers in the Metro Detroit Area and surrounding cities. Previous assembly experience and longevity (1+ years) is a requirement for this position. Their responsibilities include assembling products or components according to detailed specifications and blueprints using various tools and machinery, ensuring quality control, adhering to safety guidelines, and maintaining workplace organization.Skill Requirements Must-Have:Assembly experience of at least 2 years.Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.Ability to read and follow blueprints and detailed specifications.Strong attention to detail for quality control checks.Knowledge of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and safety guidelines.Preferred:Relevant training or certification in assembly or manufacturing.Ability to read blueprints and use of technologySkill EducationAssembly: The process of putting together various components to create a finished product.Hand Tools: Manual tools like screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches used for assembly tasks.Power Tools: Electrically powered tools such as drills and saws used in the assembly process.Machinery: Larger equipment used in manufacturing processes requiring mechanical operation.Quality Control: Procedures implemented to ensure products meet specified standards before shipment.SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures): Established procedures followed during production to ensure consistency and safety.Requirements-HS Diploma/GED-Experience related to the role directly is a plus, but not a must-Team player and quality characteristics-Required to show up on time and work when scheduledPay Details: $16.00 to $20.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
