Our client, Optical Cable Corporation is seeking Assemblers to join their team. As an Assemblers, you will be part of the Production team. The ideal candidate will be a Team Player, a Self-Starter and a Hard Worker which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Swannanoa, NC

Pay Range: $16.00

What's the Job?

• Working with Fiber Optic Cable
• Assemble small parts, sub-assemblies, and kits according to work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Ability to use small hand tools such as screwdrivers, nut driver, and pneumatic rivet gun
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Computer knowledge of Microsoft Word required.

What's Needed?

• HS Diploma or GED
• Clean Background and Drug screen
• Ability to Maneuver 35 pounds
• Full range of motion ability, including stretching, bending, and stooping
• Good eyesight
