Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 3:30 PM | $20 - $23 per hour

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Previous electronics assembly experience
• Painting experience is a plus

Assembly Lead Job Description

• Assemble and inspect foot controls.
• Follow technical instructions, drawings, and manufacturing procedures.
• Use tools and other testing equipment.
• Train and develop other team members.
• Assign jobs to other assemblers.
• Troubleshoot production issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
