Everywhere from NASCAR® to NASA.Assembly Machinist Job Functions:Select and change cutting inserts, arbors and plugsSet O.D. size, face size, groove size and chamfer size properly. True arbor. Set cutting tool speed and RPM speed properly. Set appropriate gauges to print specifications.Run 1st piece part, make necessary adjustments to attain quality characteristics per print specifications and complete necessary paperwork to attain a set-up approval.Load parts, cycle machine, check parts at designated intervals and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality characteristics of part per print specifications throughout machining operations.Maintain all machine fluid levelsSign out all necessary gauging equipment from Q.A. and set gauges per print specificationsSurface grind and re-sharpen teeth on arbor as needed.Assembly Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:High School Diploma or GED (validation is required)Must be eligible to work in the U.S.Previous manufacturing experience with general machine aptitudeAbility to accurately use calipers, gauges and micrometersBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceSTD and LTDHealth savings account (with company provided contribution)Flexible spending accountLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveEmployee discountProfessional development assistanceReferral programTuition reimbursement...and much more!All qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences and other employment standards.
