(after completing the training period). $1.00/hr. shift premium for 2nd shift.The Assembly Operator will safely assemble medical and biopharmaceutical manifolds according to the detailed drawings, using various assembly tools. Must perform dimensional inspections to ensure product is assembled in accordance with the provided routing notes. The Assembly Operator must also visually inspect product to ensure parts are clean and free of any dirt, hair, or particulate. This Operator must also record in-process inspections and verifications using Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Must have good attention to detail, and good hand/eye coordination.Safely operate finishing (assembly & packaging) equipment & tools with limited supervision. Proficient at QAD system, accurate data entry, material & supplies reconciliation, and packet closure. Follow pertinent SOP and MOP guidelines, inspect product, and complete paperwork with limited supervision.Job Functions:Read and interpret written work processes, manufacturing aides, models, and basic prints.Safely produce quality manufactured parts using basic troubleshooting skills with limited supervision.Proficient in the use of general computer programs and current industrial technology including QAD, MQ1, and FACTIVITY.Perform designated job functions adhering to standards as defined by SOP's, MOP's, ISO standards, & GMP.Proficient in the safe use of power and hand tools for defined processes.Is this job for you?Minimum High School Diploma or GED; required.2 Years of Machine Operating Experience; preferred.Good work ethic (both safety and quality).
