While working as a Assembly Operator for Adecco at Univance, you will earn $15-$15.75/hour + other great benefits!Primary responsibilities for Assembly Operators include:Maintain process flow for machining/assembling each part based on specific procedures and completing all daily production tracking reports accuratelyPerform quality check inspections by measuring (gauging) part diameters, depths, external and internal grooves, etc. as required for the work cell (machining or assembly)Demonstrate good understanding of all production-related documentation (e.g., PCC, Operation Sheets, SOS, FMEA, Key Point, Kan Ban, Flow Cards)Demonstrate good understanding of TPM by checking all fluid levels in the machines (e.g., oil, coolant, etc.), and participate in scheduled TPM activitiesAttend and successfully complete all operator training required for each RankMay participate in investigations and suggest countermeasuresTrain others when requested in areas where already achieved suitable Competency levelStrive daily to meet Department and Company goals and objectives; improve (Kaizen) machine processes, support team leaders and members, and maintain a safe working environment for allMaintain strong attendance; knows and follows Company policies as directed by the Employee Handbook, the Safety Rules and Regulations, and the Quality ManualOther duties required of the job and requested by a member of Management TeamAssembly Operators with Adecco enjoy some great benefits!Competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)Weekly pay and Paid HolidaysGenerous referral bonusesRequirements:This position is entry-level, no experience necessary6+ months' previous factory/manufacturing experience preferredBasic mechanical knowledge preferred.Good communication skills both verbal and writtenGood math skills and reasoning abilityAbility to stand for an entire shift and maneuver around the plantAbility to lift up to 40 lbs. frequentlyGood hand strength with steady movement, good finger dexterity, repeatedly able to grasp small and large objects and rotate wrists, arms, and shouldersAbility to train others and work well in a team-oriented environment Ability to adhere to a strict safety regimen and maintain a safety-conscious environmentWe have multiple shifts available and can help you choose the best shift to fit your schedule!For instant consideration for this Assembly Operator job in Winchester, KY, click on Apply Now!Pay Details: $15.00 to $15.75 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
