Adecco is looking for assembly operators in the Macomb, Shelby Township, Sterling Heights, and Utica, MI areas for a large client that produces plastics. They are primarily looking for 2nd and 3rd shift, but open to 1st shift as well. Pay varies based on experience and shift preference.
**Job Summary** The candidate will work as an Assembly Operator, ensuring that plastic components are assembled correctly and meet quality standards before being shipped to customers. They will operate assembly equipment, maintain a clean workspace, and accurately fill out documentation.
**Skill Requirements**
+ **Must-Have Requirements**
+ Ability to safely operate **assembly equipment** following instructions
+ Knowledge of **quality criteria** for inspecting products
+ Experience with filling out documentation accurately
+ Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
+ **Preferred Requirements**
+ Experience in the **injection mold** industry
+ Familiarity with handling non-conforming products
**Skill Education**
+ **Assembly Equipment** : The tools and machines used to assemble various components into finished products.
+ **Injection Mold** : A manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting molten material into a mold.
+ **Plastic Components** : Parts made of plastic used in various assemblies.
+ **Quality Criteria** : Standards or specifications used to judge if a product meets required guidelines.
**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
