We are ramping up to meet our customer demand. Our base pay is $19.09 an hour!This is a 2nd shift position but you need to be flexible for the 1st shift as well. Hours are: 2nd shift (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM/Midnight) and 1st shift (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM). If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking for an opportunity to develop your operations career, then we have a great opportunity for you.As an Assembler, you will be responsible for various manufacturing operations including assembly, machine operation and testing. You will ensure parts are aligned and assembled to specifications and maintain production records.Key Responsibilities:• Position and secure components/sub-assemblies using fixtures, fasteners, or adhesives• Check parts and alignment, setting aside faulty material and notifying Supervisor• Clean parts and/or sub-assemblies as required• Repair damage to painted parts with brush or spray• Connect to gas/air/electric test equipment and check as specified• Package, carton and identity (stencil, etc.)• Determine and record production counts• Keep equipment and working area clean and in good order• Perform quality checks as required• Responsible for quality and parts that meet customer expectations• Meet customer deadlines• Ability to acquire necessary skills/knowledge/certifications as required• Take ownership for accuracy of processes• Work successfully in a team environment & handle multiple tasksBasic Qualifications• Ability to pass background & drug screen• Available to work 2nd shift, 4p-12a with overtime and/or flexibility for 1st shift 6a-3p• Able to stand for extended hours and lift up to 50lbs• Ability to read and understand standard workplace safety instructions and standard work instructions.Preferred Qualifications:• Flexibility to work 1st AND 2nd shift• Must have good problem solving skills• Ability to follow direction from the Supervisor, Team Lead and/or Team Members.• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environmentRSRCARCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
