Adecco is currently seeking dedicated candidates for long-term, temp-to-hire **Assembly Operator positions on 1st shift in Clearwater, FL.** In this role, you will be responsible for assembling various small electronic components and devices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Execute repetitive production tasks related to the assembly of electro-mechanical products.
+ Assemble components onto circuit boards and mask parts for coating, while adhering to detailed instructions.
+ Interpret and follow both paper and computerized diagrams to ensure accuracy.
+ Utilize a variety of hand tools safely and effectively.
**Qualifications:**
+ **High School Diploma or GED is required.**
+ Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift/move materials up to 20 lbs.
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; must be proficient in English.
+ Previous experience in assembly, particularly with small parts or electronic components, is preferred.
+ Electromechanical experience is a plus.
+ Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity for handling small components.
+ Motivated and respectful team player, willing to collaborate and take on various tasks.
+ Availability to work overtime as needed, including some Saturdays.
**Compensation and Schedule:**
+ **Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour**
+ **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (overtime as needed could include some Saturdays)**
