The core hours are 5:00 am to 1:30 pm. The hourly rate for this position is $16.78 per hour.What you'll do:This position requires ability to inspect, assemble and pack castings following specific instructions and established procedures as well as to perform a variety of frequent motion duties to load and unload castings from conveyors and to sort according to specification.Load iron castings (generally weighing between 2-12 pounds) onto automated paint lineRemove castings from paint line and put in bins according to part number when unloadingRead and follow operation sheet detailing steps to follow while packingPerform visual quality checks for processing defectsManually assemble components and related materials as required with product/Use spray paint and screwdriver as requiredBuild boxes, and pack casting and components in appropriate boxes labeled and sealed as necessaryMaintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly manner, and apply 5-S programUnderstand and perform designed TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) functions as requiredPerform and maintain various recordkeeping duties and clerical operations such as entering scrap on scrap data sheet as necessaryPerform other duties as assigned throughout the facility.Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesQualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications: Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the futureNo relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
