AeroprodopsBasic Qualifications:• Experience in Aircraft Maintenance &/or Aerospace Manufacturing &/or experience in similar industry (automotive, Space, transportation)• Experience in Production Operation &/or Manufacturing • Leadership ExperienceDesired Skills:• Background of 5yrs experience needed for this position.• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.• Minimum of 5yrs experience working within manufacturing environment.• Thorough knowledge of the manufacturing process.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Superior verbal/written skills and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills a must. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint). Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
