Learn more here: Global Diversity and Inclusion.Basic Qualifications:* Experience in Aircraft Maintenance &/or Aerospace Manufacturing &/or experience in similar industry (automotive, Space, transportation)* Experience in Production Operation &/or Manufacturing* Leadership ExperienceDesired Skills:* Background of 5yrs experience needed for this position.* Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.* Minimum of 5yrs experience working within manufacturing environment.* Thorough knowledge of the manufacturing process.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Superior verbal/written skills and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills a must.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint). Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
