Position Summary:
The Assembly Team Lead is responsible for being a subject matter expert on the team they are a part of. They will be the field support for assembly services in retail stores and making sure that all assemblies completed in their geographic area match required quality standards. This role focuses on training team members, ensuring expectations are being met, and supporting the program objectives in stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble needed consumer products as scheduled, ensuring all products are assembled accurately and efficiently.
Validate quality standards across multiple stores and team members.
Utilize company directed software to communicate and report work.
Mentor and provide training to team members on assembly techniques, safety protocols, and best practices.
Work closely with your direct manager to align on goals, metrics and operational needs.
Offer feedback and recommendations to team members and management based on observations made in store.
