Crusoe Cloud is a managed cloud services platform powered by stranded energy that enables climate-friendly innovation in computationally intensive fields including artificial intelligence, graphics rendering and computational biology.About This Role:The Assembly Lead is responsible for the oversight of a team that performs final assembly of manufactured products and components to completion, including proper packaging & palletizing of products to ship. Review work orders to ensure the team has all resources to complete tasks including hardware, components and in house parts. Work with other departments leads to avoid any shortages.A Day In The Life:Leadership of assembly crew, including training and coaching, managing crews PTO/Sick time ensuring enough manpower in departmentReviewing work orders to ensure proper materialsReview and Install Company Logo/Labeling including NEMA Ratings and UL informationCoordination with other department leads and production manager to ensure that production meets required scheduleSchedule adherence and communication of any schedule changes to internal teams, including Project Management and SalesAccountable to continuously improve procedures, processes and methods in the work team to ensure safety and qualityMaintain work area, parts inventory and materials to prevent production delaysAct as a floater/resource to backfill production team members, when requiredYou Will Thrive In This Role If:Requires lift, lower, push and pull all sizes of merchandise up to 50 lbsRequires constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back to operate computersWilling to take a background and drug testLicensed Forklift Operator preferredCrating and packaging skillsUPS and FedEx tracking knowledge preferredExperience in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, Infor Visual or Acumatica experience a plusComputer literacy in MS Office and Google productsExcellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills and a strong attention to detailAbility to check engineering drawingsEager to learn with strong listening and critical thinking and problem-solving skillsThe successful candidate will be a highly motivated self -starter who consistently demonstrates professionalism and willingly accepts responsibilityThis person performs as a team player, always shows a positive attitude towards clients, and strives for constant improvement in process and deliveryAn abundance of patience to see a complicated project to the endDrive to create and continually improve systemsHigh level of mechanical aptitudeISO 9001:2015 experience is a plusMetal manufacturing experience is a plusElectro Mechanical experience is a plusBenefits:Industry competitive payRestricted Stock Units in a fast growing, well-funded technology companyHealth insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependentsEmployer contributions to HSA accountsPaid Parental LeavePaid life insurance, short-term and long-term disabilityTeladoc401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salaryGenerous paid time off and holiday scheduleCell phone reimbursementTuition reimbursementSubscription to the Calm appCompensation Range:Compensation will be paid in the range of $30-$35/hr.
