Requirements Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong spacial relations, be able to evaluate set list of parts and understand fit and function
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of cutting tools and assembly equipment
- Quality craftsmanship with a good eye for detail
- Teamwork mentality to drive continuous improvement
