Assembly Line Technician The Job Center is currently looking for Assembly Line Technicians for 3rd shift in the Columbia, MO area. The Job Center is looking for Assembly Technicians to join our team. Shift:
- 2nd shift - Monday - Friday 2:45pm-10:45pm
Pay:
Responsibilities of Assembly Technicians:
- Will be cross trained in different positions .
- Assembly Techs working in stamping will be cutting, punching, stamping, gaging and inspecting steel components for vehicle axles
- Some openings (NOT all) require forklift operating experience
- Some openings (NOT all) require material handling experience
- Some openings will work and participate in line duties such as; using presses, robotic welders, clampers, and other machinery.
Requirements of the Assembly Technicians:
- Must be able to stand/walk for full shift.
- Must be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 40lbs.
- Must be able to pass a 7 yr background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to read, comprehend and follow instructions on job cards (advising how to perform the job with the machine)
